General Reservation Conditions for Best Available Rate

Deposit and Guarantee

All reservations must be guaranteed by the guest's credit card that must be valid on the day of arrival. The amount of the first night will be charged

72h (stays September - June) or 168h (stays July and August) prior to your arrival (16:00h). Reservations that are not guaranteed by an

authorization to charge a deposit to the credit card of the client or a prepayment by other means are not valid. The cardholder needs to facilitate

this credit card at check-in. If the cardholder is not guest at the hotel, a corresponding credit card charge authorization must be provided. A deposit

of 100 Eur will be charged at check-in (credit card or cash) for any cost that might occur during the stay.

Cancellation Conditions

Until 72h (stays September - June) or 168h (stays July and August), 16:00 h, prior to arrival, the reservation can be cancelled or modified without

charge. After this moment, the Hotel will charge the amount of the first night including tax. For cancellations or modifications on the day of arrival,

no-shows or early departures, the Hotel will charge the total amount of the reservation.

Additional Policies

Taxes Rates include all sales taxes and resort fees. Tourism Tax charged by the Balearic Government of 4,00 € (excluding sales tax of 10%), 1,00

€ from November to April) will be charged per person per night at check-in. Discount of 50% for the 9th night and after. This tax is charged by the

Balearic Government and not a resort charge.

Group reservations When booking more than 5 rooms, the reservation is not guaranteed and different cancellation and deposit conditions and

additional supplements may apply. Please reconfirm with the Hotel.

Fraudulent or inappropriate activity The Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has

engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a

mistake or error.

Directions by car from airport to property

Follow the motorway to Palma and before entering the city of Palma de Mallorca take exit 3 to the Ma-20 towards Alcudia. Follow the ring road

around the city and take exit 11a to the Ma-1 towards Palmanova, going west. Exit the motorway to Portals Nous (exit 10) and turn left towards

Puerto Portals. Going down the Avenida Tomàs Blanes Tolosa at the first roundabout take a 360º turn back up the same street. You will see the OD
