Dear AIESEC in Poland,
It’s huge pleasure to inform you about results of the biggest recruitment in AIESEC in Poland in 2013 year – October recruitment. As organization we spend a lot of hours in preparation on this process, we drink a lot of
cups of coffee, print a lot of sheets and posters but now, we should be proud that we could give an opportunity
to so many young people to take part in this amazing adventure which AIESEC is.

18 Local Committiees and 2 Initiative Groups created Talent Plan based on their exchange plans for Q4 2013
and Q1 2014 and according to those plans created promotion plan
Results of promotion campaign Create your own story after refreshement was result of 2440 applications
for AIESEC in Poland it’s 127% of plan realization
9 from 20 entities achieved more than 100% of promotion plan realization and 4 was from grup IV, 4 from group
III and 1 from group II.

The most successful channel for promotion which got the biggest number of applications was on first
place facebook ( 17 from 19 Local Committee , on second Friend/Acquitance from AIESEC (11f rom 19)
and on third place was Friend/ Acquitance (10 from 19) [in this question was possible to choose more
than 1 option]
Facebook gave us more than 641 applications, Friend / Acquitance from AIESEC 260 applications and
Friend/ Acquitance around 175 applications it’s 44% of total number of applications.

In total AIESEC in Poland became bigger for 936 new members. It means that we realized our National Talent
Plan in 79%.
The lowest realization rate was in the smallest Local Committees and Initiative Groups – less then 25%.
Only 3 LCs realized 100% of Talent Plan – LC Warszawa UW, LC Gdańsk & LC Kielce and 6 LC’s was very close -
achieved more than 90% of their plans.
More than 69% of new members was women
For AIESEC in Poland in every LC we recruited 33 women and 14 men
Mostly in every committee female members was more than male but
in LC Kielce was opposite situation-> male was 70% of recruited
members

We spend more than 216 hours in
preparation whole recruitment process. But a
lot of LC couldn’t write even average number
of hours which they spend. “I am not able to
give an exact answer, because whole EB was
preaparing all the stuff connected with
recruitment (we don't have TM) but it seemed
like HUNDREDS!!” LC Łodź
Together as AIESEC in Poland we spend around
130 days in recruiting great people into
organization. It means that every LC spend
around 1 week on Assessments and
Review Boards and allocation.
