According to guests, the event was a great success,with a full day of educational seminars on subjectsranging from EB-5 Legislation and Wealth Planning toInvesting in US Real Estate and Hotel Investments.Audiences were engaged in riveting panels featuringworld-renown EB-5 immigration experts BernardWolfsdorf, William Cook and David Enterline and hadthe opportunity to ask these industry leaders personalquestions about the current state of EB-5 andopportunities for the future.  Later panels gaveSummit attendees valuable practical insights into taxand wealth planning, investing in the United Statesand hospitality investments. Speakers from the paneldiscussions were in high demand throughout theweekend and were happy to share their knowledgewith guests that traversed the globe to attend theSummit.

As a special consideration to attendees, Green CardFund opened its doors to guests for personally guidedtours of its new offices in Phoenix, AZ andtransformed the pond on the office property into adreamscape that set the perfect ambience for aheartfelt speech from EB-5 investor Patricia Ezeli,who spoke sincerely about her experience with GreenCard Fund and her challenges in making her way tothe United States.  It is moments like these that makeall of the hard work and long days worthwhile for theNewGen/GCF team - hearing the candid sentimentsof real people who we have helped to realize theirdream of making a life in the US.

Investors and immigration agentsfrom China visited the LuhrsDowntowm Marriott hotel projectduring the Summit. Theconstruction is moving forwardsmoothly. A highlight of the event was the Grand OpeningCeremony of Green Valley Hospital - with over 300attendees from the local Green Valley communityand around the world.  Pima County Supervisor RayCarroll spoke in support of the development andguests marveled at the facilities.  Project DeveloperJim McDowell dedicated the hospital to his latebrother Al McDowell who worked as a projectmanager on the hospital during construction.  Jim'ssincere and heartfelt memorial for his brother struck achord with many in attendance and there weren'tmany dry eyes in the house.

To cap off the event, Green Card Fund introduced theupcoming Hacienda at the River senior living project -an upscale assisted living community beingdeveloped by industry leader Watermark Retirementcommunities.  Overseas investors and strategicpartners had the opportunity to ask Developer DavidFreshwater questions directly - a testament to thetransparency that is so highly valued by Green CardFund and New Gen Worldwide.
