PROJECTIONS FROM ISOLATION

During the early days of lockdown, when cinemas were closed, we asked young people what they missed about visiting their local Picture House. We invited young writers, artists and creatives to submit a piece of work that represented their passion for cinema and cinema culture. In this digital programme we have showcased a number of the visual representations we received - pages 1, 2, 15 and 20. Other examples of the work we received can be found on the Cinemagic website.

We would like to thank all the young people who submitted their work and who took part in the project.
