The Board asks lot owners to check lot boundaries before building or placing any structure or camper on your lot. Building and camping on KAL common ground is prohibited. Next Board meeting ~Oct 14, 2017~ 9 am at Lodge Board/General Meeting will be held the 2nd Saturday of every month at the Lodge. May thru November. Winter meeting will be in the office at 10:00 am.

Social Committee Updates Oct 7 – Wine and paint at the lodge 10-2pm. Snowman painting $35. Cathy has tickets in the office. Oct 7 – Chili Cook-off/Potluck Dinner 5pm Judging of Chili starts at 4:30pm must have chili at lodge by 4pm. Trophies for 1st and 2nd place. Dinner starts at 5pm. Bring a covered dish and your drink. Also 50/50 Oct 21 – Trick or Treat 6-7:30 pm. Bonfire and hotdogs at the maintenance trailer. We will be collecting nonperishable items for those in need. Items can be dropped off at the barn in front in a trailer. Correction is last month’s newsletter: Thank you for picnic table donation should have included Pauline Lantz. Also added Vicki Neeld and Don Oldtaker. ***Due to so many food allergies - all children under 18 need to have an adult present at KAL functions where food is served. The social committee is for all KAL Members not just the women. We welcome everyone’s ideas and help. Different ideas are needed also would love to see the younger generation get involved more. It’s our camp and it takes all of us to make this place great. Next meeting is May 5, 2018~3pm at the front office. Please mark your calendar.
