Smashed Self Portrait

• What you’re learning:– Drawing techniques (graphing for proportion,

values, shading, realism)– Composition (how you set up your page)– About Pablo Picasso & Cubism– Creating a sense of discomfort and “unease” with

imagery (engage the viewer/artist voice)– Practice not being worried if you don’t look “pretty”

if it means creating an emotion within your art.
