The Explorer’s Class will conclude its series on the Atonement today. Next Sunday, Bonny Sloane and Nancy Jamison-Dawe will begin a series on Poverty. Bases on the UMW study, this class will focus on the causes of poverty and possible solutions. Have the poor been neglected, both by our government and by the church? Come to this 4-week study and widen your understanding of this problem in our society.

The Adult Contemporary Issues Class is studying and discussing “Mythology, Religion and the Judeo-Christian Tradition.” We are exploring mythology as “literature of the Spirit, a study of the inner life” and examining the function of Judeo-Christian symbols as keys to our spiritual understanding. Class meets at 10:30 a.m. in the Adult Room.
