    nvironmental Impact Statement (EIS) for proposed military trainingtivities associated with Naval Weapons Systems Training FacilityWSTF) Boardman. The EIS will analyze potential environmental effects

    om the proposed training of U.S. forces in military airspace above and landaining areas within the boundaries of NWSTF Boardman. Public input isquested on the scope, content and issues to be addressed in the EIS.
