care to patients provide the best experience to staff members,giving

them interest and challenge ad what will keep the unit functioning

properly.

MEANING OF CONFERENCE

A Conference is the act of counselling together.Theconference is the nucleus of the in-service nursing

programme.At the conference there springs up

spontaneously many teaching opportunities which are

invaluable in terms of the application to specific patient

problem .
