How Successful HTCs Should Think
Successful HTC™ Marketing Tips 1) Print your best small ad
on a postcard and mail it
to prospects in your tar-
geted market.
2) No single markeng
effort works all the me
for every business, so
rotate several markeng
taccs and vary your ap-
proach.
3) Newsle!ers sent to
customers about your
services and news.
4) Seminars/Open House
events to invite people
into your center.
5) Mail-outs. Include your
brochures, ads, flyers and
business cards in all
le!ers sent out from your
business.
6) Website, face-book ac-
count, twi!er, and linked
in for your business social
media outlets.
7) Always be prepared to
talk about your business
and never speak negative-
ly about your present
status even its not boom-
ing at the time.
8) Persevere, persevere,
persevere! Ladies I have
never met a negative
successful person! The
two don’t exist. Every
successful person started
some where just like you.
9) Stay Connected and pass
the vision of HTCs on to
others.
Ford said that nothing is hard if
you divide it into small jobs.
2) Ask Why before How-
asking why helps you to open
your mind to possibilities and
opportunities.
3)ID the real Issues and Ob-
jectives-before a problem can
be solved it must be clearly de-
fined.
4)Review your resources-

gic thinker according to John

Successful People Think”;
formulating and implement-
ing plans that will help you
achieve your goals when
following these guidelines:

into smaller parts. Henry

5)Develop Your Plan-always start
with the obvious. The best way to
create a road to the complex is to
build on the fundamentals .

right place. Who are your advisors?

biblical terms. I believe in hav-
ing a vision. When I sleep I

vision is developed and when

Bible says in Habakkuk 2:2,

yours, with a time limit, and in
writing.
What skill do you have, that
you’ve mastered with time?
You’ve spent countless hours
doing it, studying it and you
could explain it in your sleep.
This skill must be one that you
are passionate about and its as
easy to you as 1-2-3; it’s your
gift. Your gifts will make room

Make Your Career Center Stand Out

Make your business stand out.
Writing articles for your career
center activities is a great way to
stay on (TOMA)-top of mind
agenda for your potential custom-
ers. Create reasons to write an
article about yourself and your
accomplishments and or your
business. If your students are
completing a course put them in
the paper. Line them up and take
a picture of everything. Without
advertisement your potential
customers will not know what
services you provider. New Career
Centers should be writing an article
a week….yes I said 1 article per
week. Establish a relationship with
the local newspaper and send arti-
cles via email for publish. You
should also send letters to local
businesses such as physician’s offic-
es, Dentist, eye doctors and other
nursing facilities. Ask for referrals
from customers and offer a dis-
count on services you provide for
the referral. Send personalized
Thank-You cards hand written to
customers to show appreciation.
You can make your career center
services stand-out by giving excep-
tional attention to your customers’
needs. HTCs let’s do it!

something amazing is happening as I
discover all of the things that I am
able to do to help my community
all because I own a Health Career
Training Center. I can offer Self-

Workshops, C.N.A. Classes, and
ACLS group classes. It has been a
learning experience. I am excited
that I can serve others outside of
the clinical setting and enjoy my

idea. I started writing frantically and
as I progressed all of the things I did-
n’t have when I started began to
show up. This climb as a nursing en-

I believe strongly in our organization’s
vision and mission statement. Our
vision is to empower Registered
Nurses to build entrepreneurial ca-
reers through education, inspiration
and motivation. Our vision is to cre-
ate a supportive network by combin-
ing individual nursing skills and tal-
ents to build successful careers.
Our mission is to make a positive
difference in the local communities
primarily through a professionally
supported organization. Our organi-
zation promises to provide education,
training and network opportunities to
assist Registered Nurses to become
successful business owners and oper-

When God gave me this idea, I had
no idea “How” it would come to
fruition, but I never doubted that it

you invest in owning a copy of Dave

book. It will bring a lot of things to
light and help you tremendously in
running your business and under-
