REQUIREMENTS TO SIGN-UP AS A NU SKIN VIETNAM DISTRIBUTOR Who can Sign-up as Nu Skin Vietnam Distributors?

1. Individual Vietnamese Citizens with a valid Vietnamese Identification Card 2. Must be at least 18 years old. 3. Must not be a full-time student. 4. Not convicted of a felony. 5. Corporations are not allowed to sign up as Nu Skin Vietnam Distributors.

To become a Nu Skin Vietnam Distributor:

1. Submit a completed and signed ORIGINAL Nu Skin Vietnam Distributor Agreement Form with the following documents to Nu Skin Vietnam Corporate office in person or via mail.

a. a certified copy of the Vietnamese Identification Card b. 3 photos size 4x6 cm

c. Payment for Business Portfolio of Vnd200,000 d. Business Portfolio fee of Vnd200,000 is waived with a purchase of 100PSV worth of

products. e. In order to receive commissions and bonuses, new Distributor must also provide:

(i) Banking Information; and (ii) Personal Income Tax number.

2. Receive Nu Skin Vietnam Distributor ID card in order to sponsor and purchase products in Vietnam. Nu Skin Vietnam ID Card will be sent via mail.

Nu Skin Distributors from overseas markets who are Vietnamese national may become Nu Skin Vietnam Founding Distributors. 1. August 1-3 – Overseas Distributors who are Vietnamese nationals may go to Starting August 1, please go to: www.nuskin.com/vn to complete the Distributor Transfer Form and sign-up as a temporary Nu Skin Vietnam Founding Distributor.

A transfer processing fee of Vnd 500,000 (inclusive of 10% VAT) will be charged upon submission of original DA with completed requirements to the Nu Skin Vietnam office.

3. Starting, August 6th DA/PPA with completed requirements of Nu Skin Vietnam Founding Distributors can be submitted at the corporate office in Vietnam. Blue Diamond and Team Elite distributors may accompany the Founding Distributor to the office.

Step 4: Verify the account information

with completed requirements is received by the Nu Skin Vietnam office at the Founding Distributor Reception on August 6, 2012.

4. Starting, August 6th DA/PPA with completed requirements of Nu Skin Vietnam Founding Distributors can be submitted at the corporate office in Vietnam. Blue Diamond and Team Elite distributors may accompany the Founding Distributor to the office.
