Data Collection Applications   The SP4082E is designed for reliable, bidirectional communication on multipoint bus transmission lines. The device containsone differential driver and one differential receiver. It is a half-duplex device and complies with TIA/EIA-485 and TIA/EIA-422standards. 

 This device is ruggedized for use in harsh operating conditions over the entire common-mode voltage range from -7V to +12V.Receivers are specially designed to fail-safe to a logic high output state if the inputs are open or shorted. All RS-485 bus-pins areprotected against severe ESD events up to ±15kV (Human Body Model). Drivers are protected from excess current ow caused bybus contention or output short-circuits by both an internal current limit and a thermal-overload shutdown. Up to 256 transceiversmay coexist while preserving full signal margin.

 The device operates from a single 5.0V power supply and draws negligible quiescent power. The device has an independentenable and disable for the driver and receiver and will enter a low power shutdown mode if both driver and receiver are disabled.

 All outputs maintain high impedance during shutdown or when powered-off.

 The LTC2261-14/LTC2260-14/LTC2259-14 are sampling 14-bit A/D converters designed for digitizing high frequency, wide dynamic

range signals. They are perfect for demanding communications applications with AC performance that includes 73.4dB SNR and

85dB spurious free dynamic range (SFDR). Ultralow jitter of 0.17psRMS

allows undersampling of IF frequencies with excellent noise

performance.

DC specs include ±1LSB INL (typical), ±0.3LSB DNL (typical) and no missing codes over temperature. The transition noise is a low

1.2LSBRMS. The digital outputs can be either full rate CMOS, double data rate CMOS, or double data rate LVDS. A separate outputpower supply allows the CMOS output swing to range from 1.2V to 1.8V. The ENC+ and ENC– inputs may be driven differentially or

single-ended with a sine wave, PECL, LVDS, TTL or CMOS inputs. An optional clock duty cycle stabilizer allows high performance at full

speed for a wide range of clock duty cycles

MT29F1G01ZACM58A2WC1Micron’s Serial NAND Flash provides a exible storage solution that offers

embedded applications increased density, improved write performance,and greater scalability over standard NOR Flash.

Our Serial NAND Flash is a lower-cost, higher-density alternative to serial peripheral interface(SPI) NOR solutions. Serial NAND is available at densities starting at 1Gb and offers faster writeperformance than NOR at a much lower cost-per-bit. Minor programming and design changes are allthat’s required to replace NOR in many applications. Serial NAND will help you improve performance,increase density, eliminate a controller or card slot, and shrink your BOM.

Our Serial NAND uses the standard, 4-signal serial peripheral interface (SPI) bus that operates in full duplex mode, but is easy to design in toany system. Serial NAND is available in a VFBGA package compatible with parallel NAND.

MT29F1G01XXX serial NAND Flash is a 1Gb SPI SLC NAND Flash memory device based on the standard MT29F1G08XXX parallel NAND Flash The serial electrical interface follows the industry-standard serial peripheral interface. New command protocols and registers are dened forSPI operation. The command set resembles common SPI-NOR command sets, modied to handle NAND-specic functions and added newfeatures. New features include user-selectable internal ECC.

MT29F1G01XXX serial NAND Flash devices have six signal lines plus VCC and ground (GND). The signal lines are SCK (serial clock), SI, SO (focommand/response and data input/output), and control signals CS, HOLD#, WP#. This hardware interface creates a low-pin-count device witha standard pinout that remains the same from one density to another, supporting future upgrades to higher densities without board redesign.

 The MT29F1G01XXX serial NAND Flash device contains 1,024 blocks. Each block is subdivided into 64 programmable pages. Each pageconsists of 2,112 bytes. The pages are further divided into a 2,048-byte data storage region with a separate 64-byte spare area. The 64-bytearea is typically used for memory and error management functions. With internal ECC enabled, ECC code is generated internally when a page iswritten to the memory core. The ECC code is stored in the spare area of each page. When a page is read to the cache register, the ECC codeis calculated again and compared with the stored value. Errors are corrected if necessary. The device either outputs corrected data or returnsan ECC error status.
