Academic Environment Relationship

Babes-Bolyai University is the largest within Central and Eastern Europe

As of autumn 2017 we’re running a study program in the German language at Faculty of Mathematics and

Computer Science of Babeş-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca called Advanced Information Systems.

Together with Babes-Bolyai University we are the first implementing a Postgraduate Study Program accredited

by the Ministry of Education and Research.

Porsche, MHP Consulting and NTT DATA Romania are financing the first study program in the German

language at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science of Babeş-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca

Daimler operates in Romania as: Star Transmission and Star Assembly, located in Cugir and Sebeș,

Alba county.

The collaboration started in 2009.

Solution implemented: Clarvision Payroll, which covers Human Resources management and Payroll

calculation.

We’re managing 3,000 employees

We developed custom interfaces with:

• time and attendance solution, Zeus;

• NACOS – Daimler’s own SAP system;

• the Active Directory, when an employee joins or leaves the company the rights for respective

user in Active Directory are automaticaly updated.

Security is a priority for Daimler and we adapted the solution, e.g. the payslip is printed on sealed paper.

SAP Key Projects

Romstal is the most dynamic and important company on the Romanian market in selling construction equipment installations.

Replacement of Romstal’s outdated ERP system (non-SAP) with the new S/4HANA 1610 version.

Launched at the end of October 2016.

The SAP S/4HANA family is fully built on the in-memory platform SAP HANA. Using the advanced potential of SAP

HANA, SAP S/4HANA is designed for digital business and provides an instant insight by using a single source of truth,

real-time processes, dynamic planning and analysis.

The key benefit comes, of course, with the central consistency that SAP S/4HANA provides. There are no redundancies,

no duplications, just a simplified SAP system landscape.

Clarvision Key Projects

Collaboration start date: 2004

Delphi Packard has now 3 plants and approx. 8,000 employees

Solution: Clarvision Payroll System

The system was improved with the development of new integrated custom applications for time and attendance,

employees transportation, training and employees evaluation.

In 2007 we extended our partnership and started delivering BPO payroll services.

In 2015 we integrated Clarvision Payroll in all plants with Workday – their unique HR administration system.

In 2017 we will have the GO LIVE for a new outsourcing payroll model for all Delphi Romania’s plants, ensuring

payroll for 10.000 employees, due to the Delphi’s strategy to centralize payroll activities under the same model, for

which NTT DATA Romania was the unique payroll services provider in all Delphi Romania Plants.

Honeywell User Experience Team and is involved in multiple

projects. The team will expand by another NTT DATA Romania

specialist.

design, implementation, module testing and debugging.
