What is NTR Track?

NTR Track is a complete OCTG inventory management solution. This softwarepackage gives you complete and seamless control over your OCTG inventory from

anywhere in the world. The software was designed to be simple to use with nounnecessary input.

Sample Load Out

and the NTR Track System will

NTR Track will only let you selectfrom equipment that is ready tobe loaded out. No longer will you

have to deal with the hassle ofreceiving tally sheets for goodsthat arent even on the oor.

The return of goods module willonly let you return goods that havebeen sent out in the rst place.This eliminates the all too common

issue of receiving back in stockitems that were not sent out in therst instance.

Automatic Preparation of Tally Sheet

Based on data input, the NTR Track System will automatically prepare theappropriate tally sheet. It generates a cover sheet with important summary of

information, such as totals (length, joints, pieces) as well as the total weight ofthe equipment on the manifest. A copy of the relevant material certications areautomatically linked to the tally sheet which can be saved, printed or emailed directly

to the customer. All information displayed is customisable and manifests can displaycustomer requested information, such as specic technical information, for example.

Inspections

NTR Track has in built support for handling OCTG inspection requirements. Whenequipment is returned, they can be marked as requiring inspection and the system

will automatically isolate the equipment.

Items pending inspection are not able to be loaded out until an inspection is

complete. NTR Track provides a place for inspection companies to directly enter

results against the equipment. NTR Track will also produce an inspection report atthe conclusion of the inspection.

Sample Reports

The below is a sample of the reports that NTR Track can automatically generate.Reports can be used to display live information, or show a history of movements and

usage, limited by user input lters.

NTR Track can be customised per use to automatically prepare and send specic

reports to a specic email or phone on a recurring basis. NTR Track includesstandard reports, however custom reports can also be developed to suit the end userneeds.

NTR TrackPad

The NTR TrackPad is a tablet computer that has been designed specically for use

on the eld. It seamlessly integrates with NTR Track and the NTR TrackWand toenable management of stock as it happens.

Using Telstra*3G Wireless Internet, the NTR TrackPad is able to provide 99%coverage across regional and metropolitan Australia, resulting in the ability to updateand manage your stock almost everywhere!

Stock Take Made Easy

NTR Track makes manual recording redundant by providing a solution were multipleinventory items are recorded using our wireless tracking technology.

An employee is required to simply pass by inventory items with the NTR Wand. Itemsnearby are then automatically compared to existing stock records, eliminating the

need to interpret barely legible serial numbers.

Usage Report

Important information of movement summaries can be generated for any time period,instantly. Usage reports contain a detailed overview of stock on hand, stock recieved,

stock issues, stock pending inspection, stock returned for issue, stock awaitingrepairs and incoming shipments.

Mill Certifcates

NTR Track simplies the tracking of important documentation such as mill certs.

Upon the completion of a loadout, NTR Track automatically identies the matchingmill certs, and attaches it along with the road manifest.

At any time, a user can log in and request to download or email mill certs based onloadouts, returns, group batch or individual item.

This user friendly approach reduces time and effort, and eliminates long and

confusing paper trails.
