M9 – MOTORWAY Non-Toll-Revenue (NTR) & Sectional Completion Certificate


CNG / Patrol Station adjacent to superhighway which having tenancy agreement with NHA are one of the Non-Toll-Revenue.

Upon taking-over of site, the tenancy agreement of CNG / Patrol Station owner will transfer to Concessionaire and the rental will be collected by the Concessionaire through out the 28 years concession period.


Existing Restraurent adjacent to superhighway which having tenancy agreement with NHA are one of the Non-Toll-Revenue.

Upon taking-over of site, the tenancy agreement of Existing Restraurent owner will transfer to Concessionaire and the rental will be collected by the Concessionaire through out the 28 years concession period.

Application of Quarry Land (1,500 acres) hasbeen submitted to Mines & Mineral Dept of Sindh for Base CampSetup & Quarry Plant Setup.

Strategy in the planning to assign full-swing construction team in between Nooribad & Hyderabad to archieve 50% continuous stretch

1) Nooribad – Hyderabad : semi urban & rural area, less disturbance in term of land acquisition & traffic diversion.

2) To finish the mentioned rutting road destress area to gain favor and confidence from motorist.
