The PMS scheme contains a standard commercial framework for engagement types 1-13. Suppliers that have agreed to the framework are compliant to the framework. There is a streamlined procurement process when agencies use compliant suppliers. The supplier’s compliance status is identified through the PMS scheme page1 on ProcurePoint or the NSW eQuote Scheme Explorer2.
Finding suppliers on the PMS scheme pageA list of suppliers approved to provide services is published regularly on the PMS scheme page on ProcurePoint. The list identifies if the supplier is compliant with the standard commercial framework.
1. To access the list, go to ProcurePoint3 and select Before you buy, then Contract and scheme user guides.

3. Select Performance and Management Services.
4. Select Information for buyers, then Prequalified suppliers/participants/members.

5. Select PMS suppliers to download the list.
6. The report contains filters to allow searches for specific suppliers, specific engagement types and/or specific compliance.

Finding suppliers using the NSW eQuote scheme explorer The list of suppliers approved to provide services is also available using NSW eQuote scheme explorer. The scheme explorer lists suppliers and any updates in real time.
1. Go to through NSW eTendering 4 and Select Tenders & Schemes, then Scheme Explorer.
2. Select Management and Business Professionals and Administrative Services from the Category field.

3. Select SCM005-Prequalification Scheme: Performance and Management Services.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the scheme description and select Continue.

The next step is to confirm the engagement type (known as ‘capabilities’ in the system) and other parameters the system uses in its filter process.
5. Select the required capability/ies from the dropdown list and select Done.
6. Select Add capabilities.

7. Select whether to match all capabilities (if selecting more than one).
8. Select the Prequalification type to be searched.
9. Select the service area to be included in the search. The service area is the area the supplier is willing to work in, not local to.

10. After the search parameters have been set, select Show Vendors.
11. The list is returned in non-alphabetical order. Scroll through the list to find suitable suppliers.
12. Select the company name to view more detailed information about the supplier including approved engagement types and compliance for each.
