Description of energy saving system NRG
Includes 4 (four) separate units with connecting electriccable;
Each unit has special chemical compound inside;
Can be stored in warehouse very long (unlimited);
Works only after connection to alternating current (AC);
Reduces losses of electric power in the electric grid;
Saves from 5 to 17 % of active electric power;
Warranty – 5 years, life time – 20 years;
Designed and manufacturing by the company AEROLLC and protected by our own KNOW-HOW technology.
INSIDE STRUCTURAL CONFIGURATION
1. Multiple-core high quality cupper cable2. Sealing part3. Cover of the body with the hole4. Epoxide compound
5. Cylindrical body6. Central electrode –pure copper tube
7. Main chemical compound –the source of free electrons8. Back cover of the body
PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
The system is based on four insulated units which areconnected to each phase and a neutral conductor of aconsumer's network after a step-down transformer;
Unit is filled with a chemical compound; While units are in stock and are not connected to an
alternating current system, no processes occur in thechemical compound;
After connection of each block to an AC phase by meansof a copper cable, substances that form the compoundbegin to react;
Alternating magnetic field through a copper cable affectsthe internal structure of each unit and initiates physicaland chemical processes between the substances of thecompound;
PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
As a result of a chemical reaction, new substances areformed and a large quantity of free electrons isdischarged;
Since each unit represents an insulated reservoir, theconcentration of free electrons in each unit graduallyincreases and some point becomes larger than theconcentration of free electrons in conductors of aconsumer's network;
Free electrons begin to move from the area of higherconcentration (NRG unit) to the area of lowerconcentration (the consumer's network), ;
Increase concentration of free electrons in thecustomer's network;
Increase electrical conductivity of conductors ; Reduces electrical resistance of all conductors in the
consumer's network; Works on the alternating current (AC) only.

Reduction of Harmful Harmonics.
The particularity of this energy-efficient system isthe fact that electrons come from the unit to aconsumer's electric power network by pulses ata frequency which coincides with a frequency ofthe fundamental harmonic in the network (in thiscase, 50 or 60 Hz), which leads to resonanceand superposition of the fundamental harmonicin relation to harmful harmonics in the network(100, 150, 200, 250 Hz, etc.). Thus, harmfulharmonics are suppressed and their amplitude issignificantly reduced.
Reduction of Reactive Power.
Voltage plays primary role in an electric powernetwork; in AC networks voltage changes itssign 50 times per second (at a frequency of 50Hz): change of direction is smooth, sinusoidal;Voltage in a network causes current, which alsovaries and changes the sign sinusoidally, but inactual networks sine wave of the current fallsbehind the voltage sine wave by some value; itis in this period that reactive power is generated.
The reason is that electrons have a certainpersistence and mobility.
Reduction of Reactive Power.
Persistence is the ability of an electron to resistthe applied voltage. Mobility is the ability of anelectron to change direction following change involtage. Due to heterogeneity of actualconductors, electrons in them have differentpersistence and mobility; but the higher theconcentration of free electrons in a conductor,the more electrons are highly mobile, reducingto a minimum the lag (delay) of alternatingcurrent from voltage, thus reducing the reactivepower of a particular network, all otherconditions being equal.
Universality of the System
The system automatically adjusts to thefrequency of AC voltage in a network andrequires no additional adjustment andmaintenance during operation. Based on theexperience of the use of energy-efficientsystems at different sites, we can conclude thatthis system is a universal tool that may be usedby any AC consumer. However the best resultsin terms of power saving are achieved at sitesthat use long and branched electric powernetworks, as well as where the base load isalternating current electric motors.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE MODEL?
The model should be chosen on the baseof peak power;
There is need to make monitoring ofelectric power consumption on thetransformer during two weeks before NRGinstallation;
To identify peak power value;
For example: if peak power is 490 kW, so500 kW model should be chosen.
