November 24, 2014
Dear Valued Business Partner:
In 2014, CAI-RMC provided the most Community Association educational programming we have ever offered. Additionally, our two premier conferences, Spring Showcase and Fall Conference, posted record attendance of sponsors, exhibitors and attendees. The membership of our chapter exceeded 1,000 members for the first time ever! We are able to successfully execute our mission of education and advocacy only with the support of firms such as yours. Each year we issue a menu of opportunities for Sponsorship and Advertising. Please find our 2015 Marketing Opportunities enclosed and described in the Sponsorship and Advertising Menu. This small booklet has information on the following:
• 2015 CAI-RMC Sponsorship Opportunities and 2015 tier levels for Platinum, Gold or Silver Sponsor designations.
As you know, individual booth purchases and event registrations during the year are extremely important but do not count towards the sponsorship tiers.
• 2015 CAI-RMC Annual Membership Directory Advertising Menu, including the opportunity for display advertising in the print directory (mailing January 2015), as well as multiple print and on-line directory listings and web links.
• 2015 CAI-RMC Common Interests Magazine Advertising Menu, including opportunities for color and black & white display advertising as well as service directory advertising.
The menus are designed to help you choose between options and understand the choices available to you. There is a separate order form included with each menu, which you need to complete and return to reserve your sponsorships or advertising.
The Chapter Office will begin taking sponsorship and advertising orders, Wednesday, December 10th at 10am. Opportunities are subject to availability, and will be reserved in the order received.
PLEASE NOTE – WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT ORDERS VIA EMAIL OR FAX. ORDERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY HAND OR TELEPHONE.
If you have questions, please feel free to email me at [email protected] or call the Chapter Office. Thank you again for your involvement in CAI-RMC!
Sincerely,
Scott HallExecutive Director

The Rocky Mountain Chapter holds more than two dozen educational, networking and social events each year! These programs vary in size and
execution—from three full day conferences, to evening programs for board members to legislative lunches for HOA managers—CAI-RMC has something
that will fit your needs! Sponsoring individual programs increases your firm’s exposure to the industry professionals and leaders.
We offer “A-LA-CARTE” selection of the programs that fit your needs (see pages 4-6) and your cumulative sponsorship commitments earn
you additional recognition at the following levels:
Silver $2,250 Gold $4,000 Platinum $7,000(see the benefits of each level on page 3)
Here’s the order to pick your items that will maximize your selections:
STEP 1 – EVENT SPONSORSHIP: Pick your Event Sponsorships (on pages 4-6). Select items cumulating to $2,250, $4,000 or $7,000 or more and you have achieved Silver, Gold or Platinum Sponsor Levels respectively! These levels entitle you to many additional benefits—one of which is discounts on display advertising in our Common Interests magazine!
STEP 2 - COMMON INTERESTS ADVERTISING: The Chapter publishes the award winning Common Interests magazine each month with a circulation of over 1000. See the sizes on pages 8-9 and prices are on page 10. Silver, Gold & Platinum sponsors (from step 1) are entitled to discounts on Display Ads (not service directory). If you purchase 3 or more display advertisements, you are eligible for discounts in the Annual Membership Directory!
STEP 3 - ANNUAL DIRECTORY ADVERTISING: All business partner members receive one listing in the yellow pages of our directory in one primary category. If you’d like to enhance your listing (boldface) or add listings in additional categories, the prices are listed to do this. Additionally, there are display advertising opportunities throughout the yellow pages where you can highlight your firm’s capabilities, information and logo as well. See all the information on page 11—and if you purchased three or more display ads in Common Interests, you are entitled to discounts on these display ads too!
STEP 4 - FILL OUT YOUR ORDER FORMS: There are different forms for sponsorships and advertising. Fill out your forms and remember to take discounts you have earned!
STEP 5 - FAX OR EMAIL ORDERS: The Chapter Office will begin taking sponsorship orders Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at 10am. Opportunities are subject to availability, and will be reserved in the order received.
