The Isha Yoga Center is a sacred space for self-transformation. Isha Yoga, designed by Sadhguru, distills powerful ancient yogic methods to create peak physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

A number of consecrated spaces housed at the Center provide a conducive atmosphere for inner growth such as the Theerthakunds (energized water bodies) and the Dhyan-alinga, a powerful and unique energy-form situated beneath a pillarless 250,000-brick dome structure. The INSIGHT program itself will take place in the architecturally distinc-tive Spanda Hall and garden, a meditation hall and program facility. Isha Rejuvenation Center and the Isha Home School are also located on the premises.

On the outskirts of Coimbatore, the Center is located at the foothills of the Velliangiri mountains. It offers fully equipped conference and accommodation facilities, infused with earthy aesthetics of rare elegance. Its specially appointed kitchens draw upon the traditional culinary delights of India, to offer a menu rich in taste and nutrition.
