FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE INSTRUCTIONS As part of North West Women's commitment to service all women in the community, we have developed a scholarship program to assist those who cannot afford all of our programs. Need-based scholarships will be awarded to any woman who would like to participate in our programs and shows substantial financial need. The scholarships will be allotted according to a sliding income scale. As part of the application for the Need-based Scholarship is a Financial Analysis to determine where a participant may fall on the income scale and thus determine the amount of their scholarship. A discount on program costs will be allotted to the participant based on where they fall on the sliding income scale. This discount will be restricted up to a certain dollar amount. For example, a participant can use their 20% discount on a combined total of $200 worth of programming for that season. Re-application is required for each subsequent season. To receive financial assistance, completed financial assistance applications must accompany completed registration forms when sending registration by mail. Those requesting financial assistance may register online then submit the appropriate financial assistance request, together with supporting documentation, by mail.
