Flames of the Forest will have you falling in love all over again in a rainforest ballroom surrounded by the sublime beauty of themagical, ancient rainforest of Tropical North Queensland.
Our multiple award-winning venue is located only 10 minutes from Port Douglas and offers you the ultimate wedding receptioncomplete with total privacy, exclusivity and no noise restrictions!
The space at Flames of
the Forest includes:
• Exclusive use of the venue for four hours (extensions of time available for party animals!)
• Black silk lined marquee with colour changing, handmade crystal and bud light chandeliers
• All rainforest lighting including flame lit pathways & a flaming trench arrival
• Basic PA system, 2 cordless microphones & 1 lectern for the speech makers
• Table plan printing and easel for display• Three vessels of fire in the dining area• Bud light star back drop – mwah!• Australia’s only off site marble bathrooms!• Personal event manager to put it all together and keep you calm!
The catering …Our award-winning catering offers you three options tosuit your individual style. All our catering options comecomplete with kitchen and service staff who set up, waiton you and your guests' hand and foot, and packeverything away. We also supply tables and chairs,crockery, cutlery, linen napkins, and personalised menusas a keepsake.

Your guests arrive and walk the flame lit path before arriving in arainforest clearing lit with flickering candles. Marry by the light of our giant handmade wroughtiron candelabra as your backdrop. Upon the conclusion of your ceremony, your guests willenjoy sparkling wine whilst you capture the moment with your photographer.
