INSTRUCTIONS:

There are some cond i t i ons t h a t must be considered when o rde r ing t h e new Rochester gauges. Please read t h e fo l l ow ing :

Use t h e attached supplement t o ob ta in the proper cross reference in fo rmat ion . F i r s t , f i n d t h e appropr ia te A i r c r a f t Model sheet and then reference t h e Par t Number, Nomenclature, and S e r i a l Number in fo rmat ion . Please pay spec ia l a t t e n t i o n t o t h e Codes and Notes on each sheet.

Because o f t h e design d i f f e r e n c e i n t h e Rochester type gauges it may be necessary t o i n s t a l l a new mounting case w i t h t h e FIRST i n s t a l l a t i o n o f a Rochester type gauge i n a c l u s t e r . The o l d gauges w i l l f i t t h e new case.

Most Rochester Gauge senders are no t d i r e c t l y interchangeable w i t h Stewart Warner and A.C. Gauges and w i l l r equ i re replacement o f both sender and gauge.

A l l replacement gauges and senders use e x i s t i n g a i r c r a f t w i r i ng , mounting f langes, and plumbing.
