Situation Organization
• All personnel is informed about the targets of the new organisation and the task to close the office building by the end of 2004.
• Unions and Works council are informed and understand the necessity of the total change to safeguard our activity in the future.
• We have informed all people concerned regarding their new workplace and position in the new organisation.
• In the new situation the number of single offices will be reduced from 22 to 12.Building adaptations are in progress
• Last week we started discussions with the owner concerning the adaptations of building 30, which is foreseen for overall company activities
• Number of workplaces in the main office reduced from 42 (2003) to actual 31.
