A Habitat for Humanity Senior Housing Applicant is:

i. Anyone age 55 or older.

ii. Anyone with a steady qualifying income.

iii. Anyone who will have sole or part ownership in a home.

4. Please return all pages of the application.

5. Please include all supplemental materials (listed on checklist) with the application.

6. Please sign the application. Any application not signed will not be processed. Applicant will not be notified if application is not signed.
