Nicole Tenner M.S., CPT Well Being Coach Specializes in stress management, behavior modification and weight management. Nicole Tenner received a Bachelor of Science from Springfield College in Applied Exercise Science, as well as a Master of Science in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention. She started her career as a Health and Wellness Professional, working in corporate worksite wellness and has spoken on a variety of wellness topics. She has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Springfield College. Nicole recently served as a Director of Health and Wellness with the YMCA where she had the opportunity to provide wellness programs to various populations and community settings. Nicole believes in taking an individual approach to creating a healthy lifestyle by providing each person with the necessary tools to generate their own healthy lifestyle plan. Her goal is to improve the overall quality of life for WPH employees by providing guidance, education, and support. In her spare time Nicole, who was a two sport collegiate athlete, enjoys playing basketball, soccer and softball. She also enjoys hiking, fishing, and days spent on the beach.
