Managed support relationship with the Service Lead. This involved ensuring that technical support was available when required, the support budget was managed and the timely provision of project information both in meetings and via email.

Jan – June 2007 Led a project where virtually all of the coding was sub-

contracted out to an offshore team. Worked with the offshore coordinator to ensure that our in-house technical team gave any support that was required and all output was checked to ensure the end product was of a high quality.

2004Led analysis on a medium sized project (£100k) to upgrade SAS tools and reports for business users.

2003 Led a small team of analysts and developers (5) to specify, build, test and deliver a system to provide online credit referencing. Additionally this involved management of a 3rd party supplier and several internal supporting teams.
