Admissions Checklist

FIRST-TIME APPLICANTS : Never Attended College❑ Complete the online admission application: www.niagaracc.suny.edu

❑ Submit your high school transcript or copy of High School Equivalency Diploma to the Admissions Office. Fax: 716.614.6820 • Email: admissions@niagaracc.suny.edu (Official college transcripts must be submitted for any college-level coursework completed while in high school).

❑ Submit official transcripts from any completed college level course work while in high school

❑ Submit immunization records to the Wellness Center (fax: 716.614.6817, phone: 716.614.6275)

❑ You may need to complete a placement test if your personal scores do not exempt you. You could be exempt if we have your SAT, ACT, GED High School/College Transcripts with final overall GPA listed. It is important to note that you must be accepted into NCCC before you are able to take the placement tests (except for those programs, including allied health programs, which require testing PRIOR to acceptance). ❑ Complete Student Housing Village Application (For Students who will not be commuting) www.nccchousing.com

RE-ADMISSION : Previously Attended NCCC

❑ If you have not done so in the past twelve months: Submit your high school transcript or copy of High School Equivalency Diploma to the Admissions Office (fax: 716.614.6820) (email: admissions@niagaracc.suny.edu)

❑ Submit your official college transcripts from ALL other institutions attended. (NCCC transcripts are permanently kept on file; there is no need to submit these transcripts. Official college transcripts must be submitted for any college-level coursework completed while in high school).

❑ Submit immunization records to the Wellness Center (fax: 716.614.6817, phone: 716.614.6275)

❑ If applicable, complete the academic dismissal appeal process: www.niagaracc.suny.edu/academics/dismissal

❑ If applicable, contact the Cashier’s office at 716.614.6260 regarding outstanding student accounts.
