ARTWORK: NABD requires clients to submit the email campaign creative (HTML and subject head of the email) one week prior to your scheduled distribution date. If client does not submit artwork prior to the day of the scheduled email, the client forfeits their email campaign date and is still responsible for payment. If client needs to re-schedule, client must notify NABD at least one week in advance of the scheduled distribution date and efforts will be made to re-schedule depending on availability.
