• Vietnamese respects white people and Japanese. 8. Keep to certain distance while talking with the locals. 9. You are thought as more suporior and richer.

Your language is English

• Do NOT speak Vietnamese 10. Use a powerful language 11. Try not to understand Vietnamese

In some cases, you don't have to be polite

Use the tips mentioned in the last slide 13. High class hotels and restaurants have better services. 14. For medium-class hotels and restaurants, use the most expensive services/products you can find.

I don't have much experiences dealing with hospitals in Vietnam. 18. Choose the most expensive hospitals in Vietnam (Viet-Phap,Viet-Nhat) 19. Overall, services in hospitals are the worst. 20. Need comments.
