INTRODUCTION Nathan is an independent mining professional specialising in Environmental Management, Health & Safety, Community Relations, Due Diligence for JORC Mineral Resource Reporting and Mine Planning services.

•Commenced process for transitioning governance of site activities from Special Agreement legislation to Environmental Protection Act through initial development of EMPlan and negotiation of license conditions as part of this process •Environmental representation as part of the WCCCA (Western Cape Communities Co-existence Agreement)
