Two days International Conference on Informatics, Robotics, Construction &

Communication. ICIRCC’18 was conducted on 7th & 8th April 18.

Shri Saravanan Periyasamy,. Chairman, PERIIT personally welcomed the Chief guest Dr.

Lochandaka Ranathunga & conveyed his best wishes for successful conduction of the

conference.

Dr. R. Palson Kennedy, Principal gave the welcome address & briefed about the ICIRCC’18.

In his Speech he welcomed all the dignitaries on the dais. Viz, Chief guest, Chairman, MD,

COO, faculties, HOD’s, Participants, members of the press, students & invitees of the function

He pointed out that Conference has brought many researchers & students together to share

their views on new technologies in this flat form.

of Information Technology, University of Moratuwa, Katubedda, Moratuwa, Sri Lanka.

Delivered inaugural address on 7th April 9, 2018 conference.

During his inaugural address, he has emphasized students about the new projects & latest

technologies which may be implemented in the near future in this college. In addition to that,

he has presented ppt on Telepathy computing, which will convert the human ideas in the

brain & transfers it to the computer.

Principal extended a hearty welcome to the Session chairs / jury members of the Conference.

Dr. B. Sridevi Prof & Head of the Department, CSE Sri Sairam Inst of Tech College has acted

as session chair of CSE department. Dr. Mariappan. Prof & Head of the Department of Civil

engineering, Adiparasakthi Engg College have acted as session chair of Civil Engg

department.

Dr. Komala James

Prof & Head of the Department of ECE, Valliammai Engg College has acted as session chair of the ECE department

Dr. C Subramani Prof & Head of the Department of EEE SRM IST has acted as session

chair of EEE department.

Dr. M. Rajkumar Prof & Head of the Department Mechanical engineering, Builders

Engineering College Tirupur, has acted as session chair of the Mechanical Engg department.

Informatics understands the impact of technology and information on people. The

development of new uses for technology.

Robotics and Automation deals with manufacture and applications of robots and computer

systems for their control, sensory feedback, and information technology to reduce the need

for human work.

Construction Industries as adopting new technologies for their sky scraping projects.

Communication-As standards are put in place, industrial and academic partners are gearing

up to deliver a new generation of radio systems and network architectures.

ICIRCC’18 Conference proceedings was released by the Chief Guest Dr. Lochandaka

Ranathunga, Dr. R. Palson Kennedy, Dr. Jasmine Jeni, Prof Revathy, Prof Phillip & Prof

Magesh.

We received around 350 papers from various colleges. After various levels of scrutinization,

100 papers were selected to be presented in ICIRCC.

Hundreds of attendees, paper presenters, keynote participants, students, have benefited in

many ways from this conference. More than 200 scientific papers were presented by authors

from various colleges like SRM Institute of Science & Technology, Hindustan Institute of

Science & Technology, St. Joseph Institute of Technology, Agni College of Technology,

Dhanalakshmi College of Engineering and Anand Institute of Higher Technology from Tamil

Nadu, few papers from, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and 10 papers from countries

like Singapore, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Dubai and Ethiopia. All the Participants from different

colleges within the state, from other state and from other countries addressed the audience

and shared knowledge and rich experience of application in various fields.

Few best papers from each department will be selected and published in UGC approved

journal. The conference concluded with set of presentations of many real world cases

describing new and noteworthy initiatives relevant to the conference theme.

The Whole purpose of the Conference is to turn mirrors into Windows & Windows in to The

Doors. Participant’s strong support & their Active presentation made the ICIRCC 2018 a

record breaking event.

Dr.P.N.Kadiresh, Prof& Head of the AERO SPACE Engg, Crescent University gave the

Valedictory address. In his address he asked students to explore the new Technology & don’t

get struck with one or two techniques. He has distributed the Best paper cash awards &

Certificates to the participants.
