Frederick School Community Consolidated School District #46 "The Mission of School District #46 is to pursue excellence to shape the future." _________________________________ Eric K. Detweiler James Goschy Principal Assistant Principal March 9, 2018 To Whom It May Concern: This year Frederick School Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) will be hosting a Family Fun Night. The event will be held Friday, May 4, 2018. This evening is an event and a fundraiser that students, staff and their families look forward to each year. Our family event has always been tremendous success thanks to the support and generosity of our sponsors. Our attendance in 2017 was excellent and the PTO raised $1,500. We used these funds to supplement the purchase of a complete set of the 2017 Caudill books for the school library, a subscription to a computer based learning program, a $6.00 reduction in field trips for each student and an author visit from Helen Frost which was very exciting for the kids. To make this year’s Family Fun Night a success, we need your help! You can contribute to our event in many ways:

1. Donate an item or gift certificate from your business 2. Sponsor a basket from your company and let the PTO do the work for you 3. Make a cash donation

Please make checks payable to Frederick School PTO. We will be happy to pick up any donation or you can mail your donation. Contributions need to be received by Friday, April 27, 2018. This is a tax-deductible donation. Our Federal tax I.D. number is 36-4368309 and receipts are available upon request. A list of businesses and individuals providing donations will be prominently displayed at our Family Fun night and published in our school newsletter. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. I can be reached at (440) 554-5909. Thank you in advance for your generous support.
