When you make a deposit payment you thereby agree to accept the terms and conditions of this contract. Tour prices are subject to minimum numbers being met. We reserve the right to adjust pricing in the event of exchange rate fluctuations, excessive increases in fuel costs and other operating costs on which prices are based. Should this occur we will notify you in writing of your options.Deposit / Final balance:A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $750 per person is required within 7 days of confirmation. If deposit is not received by the due date, the booking will be cancelled without notification. Final payment is due 75 days prior to departure, with the exception of the Cruise and South Island Explorer tour which is due 110 days prior to departure.Cancellations:For cancellations received within 70 days prior to departure 100% of your tour payment will be forfeited. For the Cruise and South Island Explorer tour, 100% of your tour payment

will be forfeited for cancellations received within 110 days of your departure.Group conditions:A minimum number of passengers are required to operate this tour. Should minimum passenger numbers not be met we will review the operation of this tour, and additional costs may apply. Host attendance is subject to minimum numbers.Included Air: All tour prices include airfares and taxes from / to the Australian cities specified on the itinerary pages. Airfares are in economy class with Air New Zealand and are on specific group flights only. Flight details will be confirmed at time of booking. For our November and April tours, flight taxes of up to $185 per person are included for Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne; $225 per person for Canberra; and $175 per person for Perth, Hobart and Launceston. For our January tour, flight taxes of up to $60 per person are included for Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne; $85 per person for Canberra; $50 per person for Perth, and $55 per person for Hobart and Launceston. Airport taxes are subject to change and will be confirmed at time of booking.Departures ex Canberra, Hobart & Launceston:Please note that with the above ports the domestic sectors are with Air New Zealand / Virgin Australia code share flights and will be instant purchase. tour deposit, an additional non-refundable payment to cover the domestic sector fare and taxes will be required at time of booking. Domestic sectors are subject to availability and tour price could increase respectively. Tour itinerary adjustments:We reserve the right to alter the itinerary including sight-seeing, schedules, hotels, and other tour inclusions to accommodate unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. #Great Journeys of New Zealand, operator of the Coastal Pacific service on our November tour, have advised they expect this rail journey to resume running in the second half of 2018. This is subject to change however and a refund for this portion of the tour will be provided if it is not operating.Travel Insurance:Travel insurance is compulsory for all Signature Journeys.
