Becoming a Teacher (college level textbook)
Projects include such things as: History of Education timeline Observation of teachers Design a great school Overcoming oppression workshop Reading Circle (present good books for each grade level) Create an assessment Teaching lessons for different
grade levels Develop your own philosophy
Child Psychology and Development Textbook used is Child Development
and Education (college level text) Learn about physical, cognitive,
emotional and social development of the child, birth through grade 12
Apply knowledge gained to inform teaching
Work with Mr. Brunelli on Honors English and Honors Social Studies
