after sales service of all Gentilin Air Compressors in the Indian Market.

since the past 30 years at Trissino, a region particularly in Europe for its

superior standards in mechatronics and cutting edge engineering.

Why Oil-Free Air?

100% oil free air is required to protect instruments against permanent

failures. Oil vapors in the system can damage instruments with build-up

of oil residue. Solenoid Valves, Tubings, and other pneumatic fittings

fail due to the oil traces.

Oil Free compressors as the name suggests

have no lubricating oil to keep things moving,

instead they rely on precision sealed bearings

and friction free compression rings.

The axial movement of the double headed boxer

piston ensures the absence of lateral thrust .

This results in less resistance of moving parts,

perfect timing and a powerful and consistent air

flow.

Most users think it’s the Pressure measured in Bar but in

fact it is the air volume that is important which is meas-

ured in LPM. There is no rule but we recommend 10%

more than the actual use to take care of losses.

99% of the water droplets are removed even

before the air enters the receiver. This pre-

vents internal rusting of the receiver.

In the compression process contamination

collects in the air receiver. This is normal but

can be a big problem if it enters into the

surgery line. This contamination can be eas-

ily removed and the air delivered is odour

free and 400,000 times cleaner than the air

in the room in which you are reading this.

Because the tanks are wet and warm, bacteria will grow

inside. All Gentilin Parkeen air com-

pressors are protected internally

with an anti corrosion and anti bac-

terial coating to eliminate the rust-

ing and bacteria growth

The heart of our superior technology is a patented

twin-head "boxer"

piston which slides

along a single axis.

Unlike articulating or

oscillating (wobble)

mechanisms normally

used in compressed

air technology, this

bi-directional move-

ment along a unique

trajectory guarantees no lateral thrust, and therefore
