    DARK STAR AMERICAN PALE

    APA 4.7 Horsham, W.Sussex

    The yeast strain is specially imported from the USA, along with Cascade, Centennial and Chinook hops. Maris Otter malt provides colour and dryness to complement the crisp taste and full aroma of the hops.

    ILKLEY JOSHUA JANE BITTER 3.7 Ilkley, W.Yorks Rich nut-brown Yorkshire ale. Everything that is great about traditional Yorkshire bitter, fused with Ilkley Brewerys unique hop character. Named after Mary Janes suitor, ont Ilkla Moor bahtat THORNBRIDGE LORD

    MARPLES BITTER 4 Bakewell, Derbs

    Classic British bitter. Surprisingly smooth with light toffee and caramel characters, a mixture of floral and spicy hop notes and a pleasing bitter finish. HIGHLAND ISLAND

    A deceptively easy-drinking strong beer, subtle and easy-going, fruity and gorgeous HIGHLAND ORKNEY IPA IPA 4.8 Orkney A modern IPA, not overly bitter but still nicely hoppy and at 4.8%, just about a session IPA for a sensible nights drinking.     First, we mixed hops and malt. Then, added a touch of citrus and grape fruit. Why? Because we can. And it makes for a great beer thats bittery rather than sweet.
