SOCIAL TEACHING

20h Sunday in Ordinary Time

What a privilege it is that we have been invited to the banquet of eternal life and endless grace. Filled with the very life of God we can live as Paul recommends: people filled with the Spirit, with gratitude and joy. We can be people filled with wisdom rather than foolishness. But will people notice a difference during the week? Will others be touched by a deep sense of God’s life in us? What can we do this week to be living bread for the poor and those in greatest need since we have feasted at this heavenly banquet?
