1. Clients must provide their owntransportation of the items totheir home. Do not pay for anytruck rental or delivery serviceuntil determining availability ofthe items.
4. Please arrange to leave youngchitdren at home.
S. Oients are not allowed toselect furniture or appliances.Items are based on availabilityand given out on a first-come,first-served basis.

:6. AU appliances have a 30-daywarranty. Should an appliancenot work, it will be exchanged :ifreturned within 30 days.
7. Clients may be placed on a waitlist for beds and appliancessince these are most often inshort supply.
8. Mattresses are consideredbeds. Box springs and framesare given out only jf available.
9. Mission 27 Resale store is opento customers for shopping.Clients are given certificates forshopping, but have limitationsand are only given to clientswith approved Client ReferralForm.
10. The referral desk does notassist with food or financialrequests.
Rules and Regulations
As part of a faith-based community,the client referral desk expects al~visitors to follow all Christian preceptsin dealing with volunteers, workersand other customers while on thepremises. Please note the foHowlngrequirements:
No drugs or alcohol or evidence ofsubstance abuse.
No smoking within the property area,
No food or drink inside the build+ng.
No weapons, firearms, knives,etc.
No foul language, abusive or rudebehavior.
No inappropriate dress.
No stealing or fraud, including:
Use of fraudulent ID
Falsification of any informationprovided
Circumventing eligibilityrequi rem ents
