We have reserved 8 full hook-up sites for this rally. The sites are rather rustic, so please be sure to
bring extra blocking and hoses. Due to contractual stipulations the sites must be paid for in advance.
If you wish to attend you must send a check made payable to New Mexico Unit 069 in the amount of
$140. This will cover all 4 nights. If you cancel more than 30 days prior to the rally you will forfeit 50%
of your fee, less than 30 days, 100% of your fee. So, please be sure you can attend all 4 nights.

Attached, you will find a listing of tours offered at Ghost Ranch. There is also a dining hall that serves
breakfast, lunch and dinner. Tickets for meals can be purchased at the gift shop. There are fabulous
hiking trials and the breathtaking views that captivated and inspired Georgia O’Keefe.
We will also be taking a tour of the Purple Adobe Lavender Ranch in Abiquiu. For those who wish to
attend the fee is $7.50
The first 8 checks received will be considered to have reservations for full hook-ups. Do not despair if
you do not make the cut. You can also make reservations on your own. There are water and electric
hook-ups that will accommodate trailers 25ft and under. To make your own reservations, please
contact Ghost Ranch directly 505-685-1000 or 505-685-4333. Let them know you are meeting the
Airstream Group, but are not part of the contract. These sites are first come first served and full
payment must be made at the time you reserve. Any checks not used will be returned.

OCTOBER 5-9, 2016 Ruidoso is a beautiful mountain town in southern New Mexico nestled in the Lincoln National Forest. Rally plans are still
underway. However the timing is just right for us to take part in the Lincoln County Cowboy Symposium – home of the
world’s richest chuck wagon cook-off as well as entertainers, and cowboy activities for our enjoyment. There are
numerous museums, artist shops, hiking trails and for the more daring, the Apache Zip-line over the lake at the Inn of the
Gods Resort and Casino. We will have rally activities and plenty of free time.
You should make your reservations with the Rainbow Lake RV early (before September 10). We have a limited
number of sites reserved that can only be held for a limited time. Reserve early!
