New chandeliers and track lighting werealso added. An American flag with a standwas donated for our stage, and a new
Christian flag is on its way.
Our first Sunday together in the new sanc-tuary felt like a whole different place. Thesound system wasnt put back up yet and
we praised the Lord accapella out of thesong books. We made a joyful noise and
the spirit moved.
We are so thankful to the Lord for theways that He provided the materials andthe workers with the skill to get this projectdone and done well. A big thank you toanybody who donated time, supplies, mon-ey, or physical labor to provide us with this
new sanctuary!
Where you see the two white pillars thereused to be a wall. On the other side of thatwall were three rooms. One was an office, one a makeshift nursery and one for storage. We tore down the walls and took out the
drop ceiling. A crew of guys from WilliamsLake Church of the Nazarene, as well as aguy from Case Construction owned by MikeCase who attends West Flint Nazarene, andseveral guys who attend New life, trans-formed this area. Insulation and dry wall wasdonated from employees at Menards. Some

Transitions and Gods Provision
We had been praying forGod to provide our needsand this month He has an-swered those prayers in two
big ways.
The first was whenKayla Ann Cox came for-ward to volunteer to be thenew teacher for our Club10:27 class. We are excitedto see where God will leadher and this class in the com-
ing months.
The second was agroup of people who con-
tacted us with the desire tofeed us on the second andfourth Sundays of the monthstarting on Easter Sunday. What a huge blessing this isfor those who attend NewLife, especially the childrenwho often come to church
hungry and ready to eat.
We give all thepraise to our Lord JesusChrist who is the provider ofall our needs and who justkeeps spoiling us over andover in many ways. Thanks
be to God.

trying to prep it for serv-ing lunches. We will haveall kinds of project groups
with items for all ages andskill sets; plumbing, car-pentry, kitchen duty, sort-ing clothes, yard work and
maybe even gardening.
We at New Life
are honored and gratefulto be included in this en-deavor, and for the workthat will be done on thatday. Thank you M&M Pro-ject, EMD NMI and NYI,
the 300+ workers whowill come on that day, andThanks to the Lord for hiscontinuing provision of ourneeds in surprising and
unexpected ways.
You may be wondering; What exactly is the
M&M project? Does it in-
volve Chocolate melting inour mouth and not in our
hands?
Not quite, here is whatthe M&M project is all
about.
(The following are ex-cerpts from a letter andpromotional poster sentout to the churches by theEMD NMI council.)
We are so excit-
ed about a new endeavorwe are calling the M&MProject, Michigan & Mis-
sions!
We are so proud of whatEMD does for missions
around the world throughWEF Offerings & FaithPromise. Our district is
very involved in missions &every year we get re-quests for local missionefforts. What are we
doing here in Michigan?
M&M is a way for our
district laypeople to getinvolved in local missionwork. We have teamedNMI and NYI to promote& sponsor missions here onour own district. It is kindof a Work & Witness pro-
ject without all the ex-pense and travel.
This is a joint venture be-
tween Eastern Michigan
District NMI and NYI

watch them respond. It isboth humbling and a privi-lege to be the recipient of
such generosity and giving.
I was told by thewife of Williams Lake Naz.s
Pastor that the man whomade that call to the hard-ware store was also deeplymoved by witnessing this
miracle.
Sometimes Godmoves in what some mayconsider a small way, but it
is awesome just the same.
Sometimes miracleshappen in big things, likecancer healed, but sometimesit happens in little things, like
drywall and insulation.
It all started with acouple who comes to NewLife from Williams LakeChurch of the Nazarene andhelps us with ministry. Theymentioned to their SundaySchool class our buildingproject in the sanctuary. Agroup of men from WilliamsLake decided to come andhelp us with the project. Oneof those men contacted a
local hardware store aboutthe project and the personhe spoke with about it of-fered to pay for a piece ofdrywall. Word got aroundthe store and other employ-ees on the floor began tooffer to buy supplies for us.The store also gave us asignificant discount for thedrywall and insulation thatwe bought. Before it was allover an $1,800 project cost
us only $800 dollars.
It is amazing towatch God move on thehearts of people, and to
