Now, Spine HRMS can be login with Gmail Credential.

Google Developer console project need to configure by user also Email address of each Employee tobe provided in User Management -> Manage User Profile in System User Name. Few More changesrequire in config. File to use the same.

If this setup is checked then after clicking on forgot password, OTP will be sent to registered Email idand mobile no. of Employee. After entering valid OTP Reset password screen will get opened. Hereuser can set new password.

“Employee ID Card” menu is provided in Admin> User Management -> Employee ID Card, as shown inbelow Figure:

2. Self Service

2.1. Edit Degree name in Qualification validation provided

In Payroll if "Do not allow to edit Degree Name in Drop Down" opted then user will not be allowed toedit or provide Degree name manually in Qualification.

2.2. Absconding Email to Employee on optional basis

“Send email to Employee, on Absconding approval by HR” option is provided in Self Service -->Configuration along with Employee Email Type as Email/Alternate Email, as shown in below Figure.

If this option is selected then on Absconding by HR fromManage Absconding, email will be sent toEmployee on respective email id/Alternate Email id as per setup selected for Email Type.

3. Leave

3.1. Change Restrict Substitute Approval for past days

Change in Restrict Substitute Approval for past days in Leave -> Configuration -> Leave setup, asshown in below Figure :

i. Restrict Substitute Approval for past days if opted then it will consider Leave type selected as wellas days for which it need to be restricted.

ii. If any leave opted and no. of days is zero then user can not apply leave for past days.

iii. If any leave opted and no. of days is greater than zero and leave applied days is greater then orequal to setup days then user can not apply leave for past days.

iv. If any leave opted and no. of days is greater than zero and leave applied days is less then setupdays then user can apply leave for past days.

3.2. Attendance cycle wise Leave Instance Count

“Validate Monthly Instance Count and Monthly Instance Count for Past Application as perAttendance period” option provided in Leave -> Configuration -> Leave setup : General Settings, asshown in below Figure :

CO+ and OD option added in existing setup in Leave -> Configuration -> Leave setup : General Settings,as shown in below Figure:

3.6. Leave Planner New Design

New Design has been provided for Leave --> Leave Planner -> View Planner, as shown in below figure:

In Leave Planner for a day only one information will be displayed. In case user has opted multipleoptions then priority will be given to first option. Old design can be viewed by clicking on View OldPlanner Button. View Planner can be exported to PDF.

3.7. 'For LateMark consider leave type ' setup provided.

“For LateMark Consider Leave Type” setup provided in Leave -> Configuration -> Leave setup :General Settings, as shown in below Figure:

Using this setup we can set latemark conversion in leave type. e.g for 4 latemark 1 deduction shouldbe done from PL. Its impact will be shown after Time --> Attendance Utilities -> Monthly SummaryGeneration utility run. For LateMark Leave Type can be any of the Following "PL CL SL OL CO L1 L2 L3L4 L5 LWP."

3.8. Future days setup provided for OD application.

Future Days setup for OD application is enabled in Leave --> Configuration -> Settings -> LeaveSettings Type : Leave Application Instance Settings, as shown in below Figure :

Future Days Setup for OD type will restrict to apply OD application for no of Future days entered insetup.

For E.g, No of instance entered in setup : 2 then Employee can add 2 applications in a month for ShiftChange request. On 3rd application it will not allow Employee to add shift change request.
