10.1. Enhancement for Request Desk

InMore -> Request Desk, changes done as per below :

i. Confirmation Required option is provided in Request Desk --> Request Category, as shown in belowFigure :

If Confirmation Required Yes is selected then for Approved Requests Confirm link will be enabled. IfNo is selected then NA will be displayed.

ii. Confirmed count will display to Employee & Manager only for approved application for whichconfirmation is required.

iii. "Restrict Employee to add Request desk application if Confirmation Pending count greater thanEqual to" option provided in Request Desk Setup, as shown in below Figure :

If any value entered in setup then employee will unable to add request if employee is notconfirming the approved request which is greater than count .For e.g If user restrict Confirmation Pending count till 5 and confirmation is pending for applicationis 5 then employee will not able to add new request.

iv. "Send Reminder Email to Employee for Pending Confirmation Application Count." option isprovided in Admin --> Standard Setting --> Reminder Email to Employee/HR, as shown in belowFigure :

If this is opted then pending confirmation application count email will be sent to Employee onrunning Spine Utility.

10.2. ‘Display request category prefix while making request ‘ setupprovided.

“Display request category prefix while making request” setup provided inMore --> Configuration ->Request Desk Setup, as shown in below figure :

If option opted then in Request Category Alpha-numeric textbox called Prefix is provided. This Prefixwill be shown while adding request. In add mode only prefix will be displayed and in edit mode prefixwith request id will be displayed.
