NEW DOCK LEVELLER OPTIMA SERIES Concerning dock levellers swinging lip type, we have just introduced a new line, called “Optima” series, based on 4 standard dimensions:
2c = W 2.000 x L 2.350 2d = W 2.200 x L 2.350 3c = W 2.000 x L 2.900 3d = W 2.200 x L 2.900
with optimised technical details in order to offer a high competitive product. The main differences in comparison with the traditional one are:
- optimization of the external dimensions, with a considerable saving on transport expenses, but without loosing anything regarding the performances during loading/unloading operation.
- Total height 550 mm instead of 600 mm:
This way, during transport by truck and container, till n° 4 units one on the other could be put in stead of only 3.
- Total length: Mod. 2c/2d = L 2.350 the ramps could be put on the truck at 90° than the track
road; in this case, could be loaded till n° 24 units per truck, and 20 units instead of 12, in a HQ 40” container.
Mod. 3c/3d = L 2.900 in a container HQ 40” we could load till n° 16 units in stead of only n° 9.
- general construction: built in a “modular” way with a unique group of upper plate/lip,
to be joint with the different bottom frames in order to have all the different available versions: - embedded; - suspended; - box model; - low mould; - high mould.
- control panel is completely electronic and with reduced dimensions, IP64 protection degree, provided with the usual buttons, but with a multifunctional display, with rapid plugging in-connections, external fuse, everything for a quicker installation.
- in the standard embedded version, the requested pit will have the same shape and characteristics; the requested dimensions will be only the following ones:
ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC DOCK-LEVELLER Mod. KRLI “Optima” series
KRLI dock-levellers are composed by a steel frame, made with welded profiles, and the upper plate and the lip by an anti skid steel sheet. Reinforcing welded profiles under plate with section mm. 150 x 40 x 4. Thickness of upper plate mm. 6 + mm. 2 of anti skid ribs. Thickness of swinging flap: mm. 12 with connecting hinges 20 mm. thick. Diameter of galvanized hinge axis is 28 mm. Hydraulic movement of lifting and opening of the lip is by means of single effect chromed pistons, whose electric command is under the dock-leveller. It is possible to stop and secure maintenance operations by blocking the dock leveller using a special galvanized rod. Security block: in case of accidental moving of the truck, the dock leveller will be blocked with a short stroke (according to the applied weight). Every dock-leveller is equipped with lateral security galvanized plates for feet protection. Once the edge is positioned on the loading part of the truck, this edge follows movements of it during loading operations, with a lateral torsion tolerance of 100 mm. Every dock-leveller are painted in dark grey RAL 7016. Electric commands in accordance to CEI IP 55 rules. Power supply: 380 V 3 phases. Control panel with up/down/stop, security stop, main power switch buttons; “dead man” operating system; low tension 24 V d.c. commands. Electrical engine power Kw 0.55 - IP 55. Working pressure approx. 120 bar. Concentrated load on fork-lift allowed: kg. 6.000.max. Uniformly distributed load: kg. 9.000. max. All our dock levellers are manufactured according to CE rules, and fully satisfy EN 1396 Standards.
