Building a Turkish focussed exploration Company Drilling to commence in November.
Concentrating exploration efforts in one of the world’s most promising gold mining regions – Turkey – is the confirmed strategy for Global Resources Corporation Limited (GRM), following the Board’s recent redefining of future activities and GRM’s capital raising in September 2011.
Please see the attached presentation, to be delivered at the Mining 2011 conference today in Brisbane, and the following summary.
“The Board has recognised that a concentrated regional approach should deliver the best outcome for the Company. We have recognised that Turkey is one of the world’s most promising mining and exploration destinations and the country has become the largest European producer of gold, exceeding the combined production of the previous leaders Sweden and Bulgaria” said Simon Finnis, Managing Director of Global.
We consider that there is fabulous exploration potential in Turkey - it is situated on the Tethyan Porphyry/Epithermal belt - and has witnessed some wonderful recent discoveries, including the Kisladag and Çöpler gold discoveries (16.5 & 6.6 million ounces of gold respectively). Global will consolidate exploration focus in this country, starting with a maiden drilling programme at our Yunt Dag Project as soon as permitting allows. Drilling at our Aktarma Project will follow shortly thereafter.
The Company will initially concentrate on these two key projects in Turkey – the Yunt Dag Project and the Aktarma Project, both located in Western Turkey in a region with proven discoveries of Epithermal and Porphyry gold deposits.
Yunt Dag
Yunt Dag has been identified as a High-sulphidation Epithermal system that has the potential to host both epithermal and porphyry related deposits. Global has started the drill permitting process, which should see drilling within November this year.
Aktarma Project
Global’s first exploration priority will be the Aktarma Project. Aktarma is a low-sulphidation quartz epithermal vein project, which has the potential to deliver high-grade mineralisation. The veins have been identified over a strike length of some 1.8 kilometres. A Pole-dipole IP geophysical survey has recently been completed, with the dual aim of resolving more accurately those veins that have already been observed and identifying additional structures and anomalies under cover. Results from this survey are very encouraging and have been used to design the first pass drilling programme.
Permitting for an initial drill programme is in progress and drilling will commence following some initial drilling at Yunt Dag.

Turkish move is soundly based.
The decision to concentrate on Turkey is justified by a number of key points:
• Turkey is one of the world’s most promising mining regions – there is a rich diversity of mineral deposits.
• Gold exploration and extraction in Turkey is now high on the agenda for an increasing number of exploration and mining companies from around the world, Australian companies included.
• There are thirty gold exploration and mining companies operating in Turkey, at least two thirds established by foreign investment. There are five operating gold mines with another three or five expected to be operational by 2012.
• Turkey is now Europe’s largest producer of gold, exceeding the combined production of Europe’s previous leaders, Sweden and Bulgaria.
• Increasing interest and activity has seen gold resources increase from 16 tonnes in the early 1990’s to 710 tonnes in 2009.
• The future of gold mining in Turkey looks bright with geological modelling revealing potential resources stocks could be as much as 6500 tonnes.
• Turkey is a secular democratic country, with a modern mining code and is showing itself to be politically stable. Turkey is an Associate member of the EC and has a GDP growth rate which is only currently being surpassed by that of China.
Highly encouraging outlook for Global.
GRM is confident that concentrating its exploration efforts in a region as prospective as Turkey will deliver superior value for shareholders as notable exploration results can be delivered relatively quickly in this burgeoning mining jurisdiction.
Progress reports will follow, with the next reporting scheduled for early in November 2011.

Yunt Dag – Western Turkey
8
Overview • 35km south east of the Ovacik Gold Mine
and 50km north of Izmir City
• Three exploration stage licenses totalling 4,276ha (GRC investigating securing rights to further tenements to the south)
• Three gold mines are currently in production in the near vicinity – Ovacik, Kisladag and Efemcukuru
• This is the most advanced GRCL project, with several drill ready targets
Next Steps • Reprocess geophysical data – done
• Finalise permitting of drilling programme (underway)
• Drill the best targets. We will test both the HSE and porphyry potential Likely to be 1,500m of diamond drilling
• Scheduled to occur in late November 2011

Ispir- A Porphyry/HSE System
14
Summary
• The property is north of a known porphyry – Ulutas
• GRC will bid to acquire Ulutas in Gov’t auction scheduled for March 2012
• Previous soil and rock chip sampling in the area and compilation of data on Ulutas
• The area shows a very interesting HSE system alteration with some good geochemical anomalies (Cu, Mo and Au).
• The porphyry system that has been the driver for this alteration was poorly explored and drilled in the core of the system (early 70’s) where lower metals values are prevalent.
• No assays for gold and no further work has been done since then
Next Steps
• Data compilation
• Detailed mapping and geochem
• Look to acquire the tenements containing Ulutas and other targets to the south
