Annual Conference Details:

• The Acadiana Society for Human Resource Management (ASHRM) is currently comprised of over 350

members, representing over 200 businesses in Acadiana.

• Each year, ASHRM holds an Annual HR Conference & Expo during the month of September.

• Three sponsorship tiers are offered, and outlined below.

• Exhibitor booths will be reserved on a first-come, first-paid basis.

• Booths space will entail a 8’ skirted table and 2 folding chairs.

• Exhibitors may offer a door prize at their booth to encourage collections of attendee contact infor-

mation.

• Company logos, as awarded with sponsorships, will be included in appropriate materials upon receipt of

full sponsorship payment and high resolution graphic.

• Annual Conference Sponsorship packets will be sent to interested companies closer to the conference

date.
