2013 WREATH PROJECT

Welcome to the online bidding for the 5th Annual Country In The Hills dinner / dance fundraiser on Saturday, August 31st.

We have opened up the auctions early! Whether you can’t attend the dinner or just want to preview the items you’ll see that night, you are in store for some wonderful items. Thank you to all of our donors! We could not do this without you!

Here is how it works…- Browse through the silent and live auction items.- Select the items you would like. On the provided bid sheet, record the item

number and brief description of each item. - Decide your bid value for each item and fill out the bid sheet. If another

online bid is received that exceeds your bid on the same item, your bid will be dropped. You will not be contacted if you have been “out-bid” so please submit your highest bid. Only the highest online bid per item will be recorded on the night of the auction. The highest online bidder will be the first bidder on each item at our stated starting bid. Throughout the night we will bid for you by increments of $5 and will bid up to your limit that you have submitted.

- Place your online bids. All bid sheets must be turned in to Melanie Stocking at [email protected] by Friday, August 29th. You will get a confirmation email.

- After the auctions are complete, you will be notified if you were the winning bidder for any item. Items will be available for pick up at California Outdoor Properties the following week and payment will be due upon pick-up (cash or checks only).
