This camp meets at the Neuqua Valley High School track:

Specialized Training for your AthleteEach workout begins with an active warm-up routine, which includes various drills an

exercises that help develop course strength, balance, and stability. After warm-ups,

athletes work with event-specific coaches in the development of speed, skill, fitness,

    and competition strategies.

A Range of Competitive OpportunitiesIt doesnt matter if your athlete has never competed in track and field before, or if

they have competed at the national level: we have competitive opportunities for all

levels of experience and talent. At the end of the camp, we will host an all-comers

meet, which is even open to members of the community to participate. All

participants receive ribbons with their times and/or marks. If youre interested at

competing at the national level, this year we are returning to the USATF JuniorOlympic Championship series, held at Plainfield Central High School.

Workouts Designed to Provide an Enjoyable ExperienceOne of the main reasons we have organized this camp is to foster an enthusiasm for

the sport of track and field. We believe that this is an enjoyable, fun, and healthy wa

for children and teenagers to experience the structure of a practice and the

enjoyment of being an active participant on a team. Above all, we value good

    teammates and personal bests.
