    :-?10 and :-?20 family devices. TE+ path protection enables users

    to de%ne t!o separate net!or" paths for a sinle TE+ service.

    *everal types of path protection are available;

    ABR (IP-10) or 1:1 (IP-20)L T!o separate net!or" paths arede%ned for the trail$ an active path and a standby path. achtrail has the same TE+ interface end points$ but traMc Do!s tothe destination via dierent radio interfaces. /and!idth isutili&ed only on the active path$ freein up resources on thestandby path.

    feature. For each alarm raised on an :-?20$ :-?10$ or G-ANE?:-

    device$ the user can display a list of all the con%rmed end?to?end

    services that are aected by the alarm. A sinle list of all thernet

    and TE+ services is displayed. /y selectin an individual service

    from the list$ the user can naviate to the service perspective todisplay the complete details of the service.

    operate as cascadin interfaces. Cascadin interfaces can handle

    hybrid thernet and Native TE+ traMc$ enablin operators to

    create lin"s amon multiple :-?20 units in a node for multi?

    directional applications based on hybrid thernet and Native TE+

    services. Net+aster supports cascadin interfaces and servicesthat pass throuh cascadin interfaces.
