External assessment
• Web-portal / Access to Network partners• Scenarios available on line
– DEMO scenarios as “public” – no interacion– PLAY scenarios only for interested / network
• Feedback after each “game session”– On line assessment only if all actors are logged
or– Agent simulation for substituing missing actor

interoperability issues
• Benefit– Potential developers of ICT support for innovative
solutions validated during the project and set-up by future clients (pilot testers)
Industries / developers
Network of European Stakeholders for Enhance User Centricity in eGovernance
• Role– Share knowledge about ICTs and methodologies for
the SoA and future SW applications (foresight)– Fornitori di tecnologia per la messa in opera dei
“games” per la simulazione dei servizi.
• Benefit– Potential solutions to patent, participation to the
revenues;– Potential developers of innovative and experimental
applications
Universities, R&D Centres
Network of European Stakeholders for Enhance User Centricity in eGovernance
• Role– Analysis of the best practices in Europe– Identification of potential R&D developments– Scenarios validation (service simulation)– Services deployment plans validation
• Benefit– Possibility to provide “ad-hoc” consultancy to P.A.
within the service provision– Increase of competences and knowledge
