WHO ARE WE? The Spanish Chamber of Commerce in China has the objective to promote commercial and economic relations between companies in China and Spain within its three headquarters: Beijing, Shanghai and South of China, potentiate the external trade of Spain, as well as the interests of their active and preferential members. The Chamber organizes activities and discussion forums about subjects that affect business between Spanish and Chinese companies. The Chamber also offers services oriented to facilitate the development between both countries, as well as a consulting role of the Commercial Administration in the common defence of the collective interests between Spanish businessmen. The Chamber establishes itself as the first line of basic consulting to Spanish companies about the access to the Chinese market, working with the Commercial Spanish Offices in China, the European Center for supporting SMEs, and with different Chinese organizations. While working with the network of Chambers in Spain, also offers basic consulting to Chinese companies willing to develop business in Spain. Commercial prospection of business in China such as identification of commercial contacts, commercial agendas and travel organization are the most effective services offered to companies willing to establish in the Chinese market. Moreover, the Chamber has between its members a professional network of suppliers support service to companies in whole the scope of the process to internationalization and development business in China and Spain. The experience of the Chamber and its members are an added value to the service offered to companies that developed business between both countries.

Annual Sponsorship The Spanish Chamber of Commerce in China offers the possibility to its corporate members to sponsor the Chamber. The sponsorship allows a wider visibility through different communication channels, including all the events organized during the year. • The maximum amount of sponsor members for 2016 is 10

• The Chamber will accept more than one sponsor for each activity sector during the year

• Sponsorship application forms must be presented before April 30, 2016

•The duration of the sponsorship will be from April 2016 to April 2017

•The current year sponsors will have preference in order to keep their sponsorship position for the following year, should they show their interest one month before the ending of the application period

•Annual Sponsorship Member fee: 80.000 RMB

•The sponsorship for the three offices are promoted by different channels: website, annual directory and newsletters. Regarding to the Spanish Chamber events, the sponsorship is considered by office. If you want to sponsor a Division, the office will receive 10.000 RMB additional

•The annual sponsorship includes the membership fee.

The Spanish Chamber of Commerce, Shanghai Division, Christmas Gala Dinner is one of the most relevant event between the Spanish community in Shanghai. On December 4th, 2015 the Spanish Chamber of Commerce celebrated their 15th Anniversary. On the occassion of the 15th Anniversary, three videos were filmed representing the evolution of the Spanish Chamber along the past years: past, present and future. At the mean time, there were a live interaction with the CITI Building located on the Bund celebrating the 15th Anniversary of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in China. Spanish Food Week Spanish Restaurant Week has its first edition on 2013. In 2014, the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in China, Shanghai Division, in cooperation with Shanghai WOW! organized the second edition of the SRW. The main objective of the event is to promote the Spanish food and culture in Shanghai. In 2015, the Spanish Chamber celebrated the third edition and the event officially changed its name to Spanish Food Week.
