Payment I you indicate that you would like to pay by check, we will e-mail you an invoice which must be paid within 30

days. You may also pay by credit card. I this is your payment method o choice, we will send you an electronic

invoice via PayPal so that you can pay using their secure online payment system at your convenience.

Deadlines All sponsorships must be reserved no later than Friday, August 16, 2013. Sponsorships are granted on a

rst-come, rst-served basis, contingent upon ull payment. The National Black Pre-Law Conerence and Law

Fair does not process or commit to order requests until ull payment is received.

Liability Sponsors assume all responsibility or compliance with governmental ordinances and regulations covering re,

saety, and health. Sponsors agree to make no claim, regardless o cause or ault, or any reason whatsoever,

against The National Black Pre-Law Conerence and Law Fair or its representatives or contractors, The WestinHouston, Memorial City, conerence attendees, or any other party or loss, thet, damage or destruction o

property, or or any injury or death to sel or employees.

Sponsors agree to deend, indemniy and hold harmless The National Black Pre-Law Conerence and Law Fair,

its owners, managers, agents, contractors, employees, and aliates rom any damages or charges resulting

rom or arising rom or out o the Sponsors participation in the event.

Sponsors understand that The National Black Pre-Law Conerence and Law Fair and the Hotel do not maintain

insurance covering the Sponsors property and that it is the sole responsibility o the Sponsors to obtain such

insurance. Sponsors must also obtain any necessary insurance to cover its ocers, agents, representatives,

guests or employees.

In setting up their exhibition table, sponsors are liable or any damage caused to building foors, carpets, walls,

columns or tables or to any other exhibitors or hosts property. Sponsors, who set up an exhibition table, may

not apply paint, lacquer, adhesive or any other coating to building columns, foors, walls or tables.

Acceptability of Exhibits, Signage and Handouts We reserve the right to require sponsors to remove signage, handouts, exhibits, or other promotional materials

rom the conerence lobby area, exhibition area, or conerence rooms that are deemed objectionable or

disruptive to trac fow or saety. All exhibits must comply with the public accommodation provisions o the

Americans with Disabilities Act o 1991 (ADA). No music or selling o merchandise is allowed unless exhibitor

receives written permission rom The National Black Pre-Law Conerence and Law Fair; however, orders may

be taken or post-event ulllment.

Cancellations All sponsorships are non-reundable. No transer o ees or reunds will be made to any other event. Any

violation o these Terms & Conditions shall result in the Sponsors oreiture o all monies paid or due.
